Missia is an intelligent remote monitoring solution designed to watch over the daily lives of elderly people at home. Through a device equipped with a camera and embedded artificial intelligence, Missia analyzes daily activities and transmits a clear and reassuring overview to loved ones via a simple mobile application.
The Missia device continuously captures images. The integrated artificial intelligence analyzes these images directly inside the device, without sending them to the cloud. Only textual data (detected activities, notifications) is transmitted to the application. Images are immediately deleted after analysis, ensuring total privacy.
Missia is designed for two profiles: seniors who want to remain at home while being accompanied with care, and their loved ones who want to stay informed without being intrusive.
The Early Access Offer
The Early Access offer is priced at €99 for a full 3-month home trial. This price includes installation by a Missia expert, access to the application throughout the test period, and follow-up by our team. No equipment purchase is required: we install and collect the device.
At the end of 3 months, our team simply collects the device. You have no obligation to continue. If you wish to continue with Missia, you will be among the first to be informed of available offers at the official launch.
Yes. If the Missia experience does not satisfy you for any reason, the €99 will be fully refunded. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your request, subject to the collection of the device or the provision of proof of return shipment.
Installation & setup
Installation is carried out at your home by a Missia expert. Our technician handles the device installation, the complete configuration of the solution, and guides you through getting started with the application. Everything is taken care of by our team — no technical steps required on your part.
No major work is required. For the freestanding version, the Missia device simply rests on a piece of furniture and plugs into a standard power outlet. For the wall-mounted version, a single drill hole is required along with discreet cable trunking to conceal the power cable. No structural modifications to the home are made. The solution is designed to be completely non-intrusive. The Missia technician in charge of the installation handles the entire setup — no action is required on your part.
Privacy & Data
No. The Missia device camera does not record or store any videos. Images are analyzed locally by the embedded artificial intelligence, then immediately deleted. Only textual data describing detected activities is transmitted to the application.
Only the people designated by the monitored person when signing the consent document at the time of installation. The person concerned retains full control over their data and can at any time withdraw their consent and request the deletion of their information.
Alerts & assistance
Alerts are sent directly to designated loved ones via the Missia mobile application. There is no monitoring center or automatic call to emergency services. The person being monitored chooses, at installation and when signing the consent document, who is authorized to receive their notifications and daily monitoring updates.
No, Missia does not have a manual emergency call button. The solution is designed for caring daily monitoring and automatic detection of unusual behaviors. For a device with a manual emergency call feature, complementary personal alarm solutions are available.
Yes. Missia's artificial intelligence automatically detects fall situations. When a detection occurs, a notification is sent to designated loved ones via the application.
Usage & use cases
In its current version, Missia is designed exclusively for monitoring one person living alone at home. The solution is not suitable for households with multiple occupants.
Yes, the presence of pets is compatible with Missia. However, their movements may in some cases be picked up by the system and influence monitoring data.
Support & maintenance
In the event of a technical issue, our team can be reached by phone and email to assist you quickly. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a device replacement is arranged by our team as soon as possible. Throughout the entire Early Access period, you benefit from personalized support — we remain available for any questions or difficulties you may encounter.
